L & S Construction, a certified, minority-owned business, is a general engineering contracting firm specializing in subsurface work. In business since 2001, we offer a variety of services to meet our customers' needs. We are committed to exceeding our customers' expectations and establishing a reputation of hard work, integrity, and quality. Our goal is to consistently serve our customers in a professional and ethical manner.

We possess a Class A contractor's license and maintain all necessary forms of insurance and bonding. You can check our license status at the Contractor's License Board directly by clicking here.

Our broad range of services and experience has allowed us to reach a high level of competency. We are a subcontractor for firms such as Time Warner Cable, AT&T, Los Angeles County Waterworks, and the Department of Water & Power. We work throughout all regions of Southern CA. Our company can quickly acclimate to any work environment and adapt to every agency's specific guidelines and standards.

We have an excellent reputation with numerous customers, suppliers, and county/city agencies. Many other competitors are not as specialized in as many diverse service areas. L & S Construction is committed to affordability and quality.
